Council approves seeking funding for pilot rest area

REDMOND - In a unanimous vote Tuesday evening, the Redmond City Council gave airport officials permission to seek state funding for the construction of a pilot rest area north of the Redmond Airport to be named for local aviation pioneer Cal Butler.
