Last-minute change to drinking policy closes off main stage area of concert

A last minute change to the Bend Summer Festival's drinking policy Saturday night had some visitors fuming Sunday.

Visitors with children say they were turned away from the main stage area at Franklin Avenue and Wall Street when event staff turned it into one big bar.
