Soon, Bend might have to change the name of the annual Fourth of July Pet Parade to the Fourth of July Pet and Kid Parade.
Hundreds of children paraded through downtown Bend on Sunday morning, some with dogs in tow, but many strolling down the street petless as they kicked off Fourth of July....
