The Cascade Children's Festival seeks volunteer performers for its 16th annual summer celebration on Saturday, July 24 in Drake Park. Children and youth-oriented groups are especially encouraged to apply. Available performance times: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for approximately 25 minutes. Applications....
