Redmond gets loan for treatment plant

DEQ provides city $11.5 million

REDMOND - On Wednesday, the state Department of Environmental Quality agreed to loan the city of Redmond $11.5 million to upgrade and expand the city's wastewater treatment facility, said City Manager Jo Anne Sutherland.
