Michael Takagi rescued colleagues from ‘fire tornado'

Deschutes County Sheriff's Deputy Michael Takagi on Wednesday will receive the department's highest honor for saving the lives of two deputies during a "fire tornado" that erupted at the Davis Fire south of Crescent last summer.

Takagi will receive the law enforcement Medal of Honor....
