La Pine receives $1.1 million to expand sewer

More bugs and grass will soon flourish in La Pine as part of the sewer treatment plant, set to expand later this year.

The Deschutes County Commissioners approved a loan Monday of $1.1 million to the La Pine Special Sewer District to expand its facilities.
