Students to spend their spring break building new homes in Bend

Early this morning, seven College of St. Mary's students from Omaha, Nebraska, plan to begin their week-long vacation by throwing suitcases of clothes, buckets of packaged food, and homework into a 15-seat van.

Destination: Bend.

Arrival time: Sunday evening.
