John Boyle, running for Deschutes County Commission, says he didn't get a fair hearing in court

Deschutes County Commission candidate John Boyle has the been the subject of three civil stalking complaints since 1993, including one that led to a protective order permanently barring him from contact with former neighbors, according to circuit court documents.
