COCC student found unconscious

Police investigating why man wrapped in lights

A 19-year-old Central Oregon Community College student found unconscious on the floor of his Bend home Saturday morning, wrapped up in a string of Christmas lights, is in critical condition at St. Charles Medical Center-Bend with collapsed lungs and broken ribs.
