Thongs and coconut or fruit garments were explicitly forbidden at the Tropical Tango dance at Summit High this January.

And showing up drunk was a really, really bad idea.

Every student who attended the winter dance at Summit had to blow onto a pocket-sized alcohol meter to have their breath....
