Cafe Rosemary, a decade-long dining destination downtown, is reopening at the former Colors restaurant on Newport Avenue.

Cafe Rosemary, a decade-long dining destination downtown, is reopening at the former Colors restaurant on Newport Avenue.

Chef and owner Robert Brown said he expects to begin an extensive renovation by March 1, and it could open May 1 or Mother's Day, May 9.
