Giuseppe's Ristorante is downtown Bend's Italian food pioneer, but call the place just an Italian restaurant, and chef Joe Morgan will object.

The 33-year-old chef has been in charge of Giuseppe's menu for just over a year, and he offers far more than Italian cuisine.
