Central Oregonians can expect another week of rain and snow, according to the National Weather Service in Pendleton.

Weather service meteorologist Mary Smith said there is a 70 percent chance of precipitation today, with the snow level reaching between 4,500 feet and 5,000 feet this afternoon.....
