Youths indicted in deadly car crash

A Deschutes County Grand Jury indicted two Bend youths Tuesday on manslaughter charges for the death of 15-year-old Stephanie Beeksma, who was killed in a car accident on Aug. 9 on Alfalfa Market Road.

Also killed was Danielle O'Neil, 16, who was driving the car, a black 1999 Mitsubishi....
