Dallas firm acquires Bend-based Orcom

Orcom, a Bend company that provides customer utility services, has been acquired by Alliance Data Systems of Dallas, Texas, an Alliance spokeswoman said Thursday.

Alliance, a New York Stock Exchange-listed company, is a transaction, credit and marketing services firm.
