Mix-up means no room for AIDS quilts

A shipping mix-up has left the Deschutes County Health Department with several large pieces of the national AIDS Memorial Quilt and not enough places to hang all of them.

The health department requested 10 panels of the quilt - each of which are three feet by six feet - to hang in local art....
