Governor shakes up ed board

Move replaces board president Jim Lussier, who was instrumental in bringing OSU branch to Bend

SALEM - Saying the state's university system is in need of strong new leadership, Gov. Ted Kulongoski announced Thursday that he is replacing most of the members of the State Board of Higher Education - including current board president Jim Lussier of Bend.
