Bank of the Cascades planning new branch

The Bank of the Cascades is planning to move into the Forum Shopping Center, bumping the amount of leased space there to 100 percent.

The bank will lease the 2,755 square-foot space that Mexican restaurant Seor Sam's had previously occupied.
