Redmond seeks school funds

School board approves $36.6 million bond for March ballot to build 2 new facilities

The Redmond School Board on Wednesday night approved a $36.6 million bond issue for the March ballot designed to give the crowded school district years of breathing room.

The bond proposal was approved 4 to 1, with board member Pete Rencher the only dissenting vote.
