Outdoor expo planned Saturday

Well, it doesn't really feel like winter - yet - but for snow-sport enthusiasts maybe the inaugural Active Winter Outdoor Expo can start making things happen.

The free event is planned for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Bend Armory, 875 SW Simpson Ave., and will focus on non-motorized snow....
