Financial aid not keeping pace with tuition hikes

Kristianna Dallinga lives in two worlds.

Three days a week, she sells breads and cakes at Fred Meyer bakery in Redmond for $7.18 an hour. When she's not working, she drives to Bend to attend poetry and other classes at Central Oregon Community College.
