Thomas' sentencing hearing set to begin

Judge allows state to introduce crime-scene photographs as evidence

Deschutes County Circuit Court Judge Alta Brady ruled Monday to allow the state to introduce crime-scene photographs and videotape as evidence at Adam Thomas' sentencing hearing before a jury, which is scheduled to begin today.
