Cafe Rosemary to leave downtown spot

Cafe Rosemary, a fine dining landmark downtown, closed its doors at 222 NW Irving Ave. Thursday after a decade, but chef and owner Robert Brown said he plans to relocate in the downtown area or in the Old Mill District as quickly as possible.

Brown said he was seeking to obtain a liquor license....
