Booth Fire gains ground, reaches 51,000 acres

For the first time since the now 51,000-acre Booth Fire forced the evacuation of their homes on Aug. 21, Camp Sherman residents who live north of U.S. Forest Service Road 1217 returned home on Wednesday, said Hallie Edgmon, a fire information officer for the B and B Complex fires.
