SALEM - Maybe setting the record for the longest-ever session wasn't such a bad thing after all.

The 72nd Oregon Legislature called it quits Wednesday after a 227-day stretch - 20 days more than the previous record set in 1993 and almost two months after the start of the 2003-05 budget....
