Justin Homan has been practicing his back flip. He just might need it this weekend.

The motocross rider from Redmond will perform at X Games IX in Los Angeles, although it's still uncertain in which events he will compete.

Homan knows for sure he'll be in the Step Up competition, a sort of high....
