House OKs bill to curb credit scoring

Under the bill, insurers not allowed to terminate current policies for bad credit

In a bipartisan, unanimous vote Thursday, the House Rules Committee took a step in banning insurance companies from dropping coverage for auto and homeowner policy holders based on their credit ratings.
