Rep. Mabrey accused of 10 counts of theft

SALEM - State Rep. John Mabrey, who represents five central and eastern Oregon counties in the House of Representatives, was indicted Wednesday for allegedly obtaining insurance benefits fraudulently for a woman who was not his wife at the time.
