Italian market to open in August

Jeff Brandt is banking that denizens of downtown Bend have an appreciation for Italian high culture. Vino Mercato, a wine cellar, deli and Italian marketplace owned by Brandt and his wife, is aimed at people want-ing to grab a bite to eat or take-out items.
