Rain helps crews battle Link Fire

Rain late Saturday night helped crews completely contain the 3,500-acre Link Fire near Black Butte Ranch.

Fire Information Officer Jimmy Turner said Sunday that about .10 inches of rain fell on the fire overnight Saturday. As much as a half-inch fell on some parts of the fire.
