The Bend Elks made sure 724 baseball fans who spent their Fourth of July at Vince Genna Stadium got plenty of entertainment, sweeping a Pacific International League doubleheader over the Yakima Blue Knights, 6-4 and 10-9.

The twin bill took six hours and 20 minutes.
