Niblick and Greene's above par dining

First off, a niblick was a nine-iron when golfing came to the fore in Scotland.

A greene could refer to the close-cropped grass on a golf course or Mr. Greene, a mythical old duffer whose countenance hangs in the lobby of the restaurant at Eagle Crest.
