Thundershowers couldn't dampen the spirits of hundreds of people who attended the inaugural Bend Spring Festival downtown Saturday.

A sun-soaked morning gave way to leaden skies and a sudden downpour that idled the JC Rico blues band on the Clear 101.7 FM stage at Drake Park and sent revelers....
