SALEM - The cities of Bend and Klamath Falls could sidestep time-consuming land-use reviews and annex large industrial parcels under a bill that cleared the Oregon House on Wednesday.
Proponents said the envisioned law would be a way to spark new jobs in parts of the state that needs them. But....
