Boucheron, Carolina Herrera, and Bulgari are wafting through their new scented home, Oberon, a small fragrance boutique in downtown Bend.
The owner, Lora Leavenworth, named her store after the king of the fairies, who sprinkled love potion in Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream."....
