Boys & Girls Clubs closing for summer

Prineville and La Pine centers shutting down for lack of funds

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Oregon will close centers in Prineville and La Pine for the summer because of a lack of financial support, eliminating a host of low-cost activities for more than 750 children, leaders of the nonprofit organization announced on Friday.
