For weeks following Christmas, Mary Ralls spent her nights awake coughing. She had been suffering from a bout of bronchitis.

A trip to her doctor did no good, Ralls said.

So, on the afternoon of Tuesday, Jan. 14, she went to the Bend Memorial Clinic's urgent care center.
