Prineville Reservoir research project has reached no conclusion so far

Since 1997, the Bureau of Reclamation has spent roughly $500,000 to prepare a study on what to do with unclaimed water in the Prineville Reservoir behind the Bowman Dam.

It has reached no conclusion.
