Wendy Sue Carper

Wendy Sue Carper of Bend died March 30 in an automobile accident. She was 22.

A memorial service was held April 2 at Deschutes Memorial Chapel.

Miss Carper was born Sept. 1, 1980, in Fort Polk, La., to Ron and Debbie (Holmes) Carper. She graduated from Mountain View High School in 1998.
