Seattle woman missing, presumed dead

A Seattle woman was missing and presumed dead Monday after it appears she drove her Honda Prelude into the frigid and fast-flowing Deschutes River from a restaurant parking lot in northwest Bend.

Police are still investigating the crash, and are not sure whether Anna Decost, 23, committed....
