Developers to close on Elks Lodge

LifeWise renovations are underway for mixed-use building

Larry Kine and Dave Swisher of LB Kine Holdings, LLC, and DKS Holdings, LLC, respectively are expected next week to close on the deal to buy the Elks Lodge in downtown Bend, after seven months of negotiations.

The pair said they will probably not raze the building but had not decided what to do....
