A long line of cars, their engines idling, waited more than an hour in some cases to fill up their tanks at Bend Kampground on Friday afternoon.
It wasn't a replay of the gas shortage from the 1970s, it was a driver's rare chance to get gas for $1.30 a gallon, while the going rate in the area....
