Deschutes, Klamath counties trying to attract more tourism dollars

The way John Taylor sees it, La Pine and the surrounding areas of southern Deschutes County and northern Klamath County are underappreciated.

Despite a region rich in year-round recreational events and natural tourist attractions, in Taylor's eyes, visitors remain sparse.
