Doctor Kemple awarded ‘Citizen of the Year'

In Central Oregon, a child's smile may be the work of Dr. H.M. Kemple, DDS.

Since 1998, Kemple has volunteered his time several days a week at the Kemple Children's Clinic, which offers free services to low-income children between the ages of 6 and 18.
