Owner wants to move business to new neighborhood

REDMOND - It's easy enough to miss John Phillips' adult bookstore.

His storefront is wedged between two one-way streets in the shadow of an aging bowling alley. A small sign on the east side of the two-story white house is easily overlooked by passers-by.

But just about everybody in this town....
