91 schools statewide receive ‘exceptional' rating

When the state Department of Education recently decided to make it tougher for schools to get high marks on the state report card, four Central Oregon schools apparently weren't listening.

Because just when the state raised its standards for good grades, two schools in Bend and two in Sisters....
