Couple agrees to give up neglected horses

A Brothers couple agreed on Thursday to give the 128 horses they are accused of abusing and neglecting to the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office, so the horses can be sold at auction.

Rebecca K. Nichols, 61, and Wayne Everett Nichols, 67, both of 56255 Moffitt Road, agreed to give up the horses....
