Horizon Air flight from Portland to Redmond rattles passengers

Jim Forbes and Linda Weiford clutched each other and briefly wondered whether they would make it home Sunday when their Horizon Air flight from Portland to Redmond lost altitude and power.

The plane returned safely to Portland International Airport but with rattled passengers.
