Unleashed Rottweiler attacks 4-year-old in mobile home park

A 90-pound Rottweiler bit a 4-year-old Crook County boy Thursday morning, ripping a 5-to-6 inch gash on the top of his head, according to the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office.
